If you're looking for people with a minimum of 10,000 subscribers or 200,000 views per month, you won't get a ton of luck here. We're mostly small YouTubers trying to build ourselves up, rather than people who are already successful.

I agree with this completely. I wouldn't just not try here though. There are a ton of talented youtubers here. A few networks have used YTtalk to recruit. So it's diffidently not a dead end or anything at all. But like FAP said we very rarely see any youtubers with those kind of stats. I would think if you had those kinda stats anyway you would be already partnered.

any suggestions for places to check out? i want to recruit great talent i believe you all are there - and want to connect with those out there looking for a network, even if the requirements aren't met.
