So, I thought I was signing up for a website but accidentally clicked on a link to apply to a network, but i'm already with a network, ooops! It should be alright yeah?

Yeah you will be fine. I'm sure they will let you know when they send you an e-mail back. You didn't sign anything.
 
well if you accidently apply for a network i think it will look kinda weird. dont you have to give bunch of info to apply for a network?
anyway, i think it will be fine, just dont respond to em :p thats what i would do if they would contact me
 
It's actually a very common practice. When your contract is up for renewal, the only way to shop the field is to apply to other networks while you're still under contract, so don't worry about it.
 
Yea as the above said, as long as you don`t sign a contract it`s fine, often people wait until they have like 10 contracts in front of them to decide on their network :)
