Almost anything created is legally "copyrighted" in this world, or at least in the america's..
There is no such thing as "non-copyrighted music" but only "royalty-free music" as like I said, the artist owns the copyright to the music.

Artists have agreed to let anyone redistribute unrestricted use of said music onYouTube channels provided credit is given to the artist.

tl;dr
If you give the artist credit, you can reuse the music.
