I never heard of this song before. I now love it! If anything, I must say, your cover of the song is really great! After I listened to yours, I listened to the original. It's interesting. I'm not sure how to word it. It's like your voice is the sister of the original, or something like that.

(I also found out that she is the voice actor of a video game character I know, so that's a good coincidence!)

Hi there Thank you SO much for listening! I really appreciate that. I cannot do the song justice like Mandy Moore can lol (especially with the terrible quality of my mic)......but I just enjoy singing it so much. This is definitely one of my favorite songs. But funny thing is....this is a cover of a cover lol. The original song was written by Switchfoot, and it is also amazing. I would highly recommend you listen to that. You may not like it as much....but I am in LOVE with that one hehe.
The lyrics of this song, I think are just........I cannot describe it. I would say, the best love song lyrics I personally have ever heard. "There's a song that's inside of my soul, it's the one I tried to write over and over again....." To me...that is an extremely powerful line Sorry, I'm rambling! Glad you enjoyed it!!
