Non-Copyright Background music?

I have a question for you, I have started using Non-Copyrighted music from another channel that uploads Royalty free music, so I was wondering could I use this music, and when I get to the point, would I be allowed to be partnered with you?

Non-Copyright does not exist. Assuming it is creative commons with a non exclusive license allowing you to use the music in a monetary format you can use it for whatever you want. Incompetech.com is a great example of this music. You need written permission to you from this channel to use their music.

Very well said, there is no such thing as "copyright free" as all artistic work assumes copyright naturally (without application or declaration).

The best spot for Royalty-Free *Electronic* Music is our channel RoyalTrax, we are an entirely different breed of promotion channel.
In the future YouTube is releasing their own Royalty-Free Music, they posted a news article the other day.. Once that is live I assume it will be top notch as well.

If partnered with the RPM Network, partners gain access to AudioMicro.com, which has a music and SFX library, all royalty free. As others have said, you shouldn't be looking for "copyright free" audio, but "royalty free!"
