What format are you rendering as there for example avi, wmv, m2ts? Is the video 1920x1080/Full HD?

It's a .mov and full hd

Try editing it in something like Windows Movie Maker and make it either 720x 480 or 1080x720 and render it as a WMV file. The size will be much smaller
