I think your banner looks reasonable. However, it still looks like it was made under the expectation that you would also have a background. I dunno, I Just get that feeling when looking at the city feel. It's like you'd expect that theme to be carried out in the background, which obviously we cannot do. I find that they look better in this format if they're like a design with shapes and colors, rather than a theme with actual "things" in it. Just my opinion.

I think your banner is okay. You should add some personality to it. A title, pictures of you or something that represents your channel...
