Networks that pay you w.e you earned in 1 month?

So I know that in most part of the Youtube Partner Networks you need to reach a certain amount of money in order to get paid. So I m looking for some Networks that pay you whatever you earn in month, even if it is 1 cent lol. I think that TGN does this ,but do you know any other?

If you are not meeting the threshold, there is no need to monetize in most cases. Anyways, yes TGN does not have a payment threshold. I don't believe any BBTV subnetworks have thresholds, but I could be wrong on that one. I would not personally partner under BBTV though, because of some shady stories I have heard.
 
Well many networks have threshold since paypal has a minimum before payout. Heck even youtube has it. ($100)

That is not why they have thresholds. Most major networks don't pay with paypal anyways. It is unprofessional in a way. They usually use wire transfers unless you are international. 1 of 2 things is happening when a network has a threshold. 1: They can't afford to spend the time writing checks for $0.05. 2: They can't afford to write checks before YouTube sends them money. (I am not 100% sure, but I believe YouTube has a threshold per channel to pay networks for that channel.
