Hey, I read something about a network that has a list of songs they are allowed to cover on youtube.
But I can't find that thread.
What networks have such a list?

No, no network will have a list of such as covers are illegal

except if your network has a royalty-free music base, like Vultra has one with 1000s of songs partners can use

Incorrect again.

If a network has obtained the proper licenses, then it's perfectly legal to do covers of popular songs in their allowed song list.
