Network that doesn't require you to earn $100?

I remember someone saying they were partnered with a network that didn't require you to earn 100$ before you could "Cash-Out" I'm capable of earning a bit of cash but it'd take forever to earn 100$ Preferably Gaming

I don't think zoomin has a payment threshold[DOUBLEPOST=1373968097,1373968070][/DOUBLEPOST]I think RPM is $50 so it isn't 100 but there is still a threshold

Zoomin has a $1 min if you use Paypal, $100 min if you use a physical bank account.

There are many networks that have no or very low minimum payouts. My network (sub-network, not CA) has a $1 minimum.. so virtually no minimum. It is catered to gamers, so if you want more info.. shoot me a PM.

As for the rules - I'm willing to provide unbiased answers for any question he has via PM. There are things that other networks do well that I don't and things that I do well that others may not.
