Network Requirements?

I was just wondering what are the requirements to some of the networks?
(TGN, Machinima, Fullscreen Arcade, and any other gaming network) - Views, Subs, etc...

TGN : Around 1,000 Views
Fullscreen Arcade : 900-1250 daily views and active subscribers
Machinima - Not sure...
RPM - 83 Views Per Day
AwesomenessTV - Nothing
Socialblade - Same as RPM.

Well s**t if I knew that about Machinima I wouldn't of accepted RPM's request.

Go to your socialblade and click on apply for partner (RPM)
For machinima i dont know :/
