Need tips for my Youtube Channel

Hey, so I have started a Youtube Channel a month ago and have 28 subscribers, though all this subcribers (atleast most) are people that I know. I have had problems getting new subscribers and I had problems for people to watch my videos, even if I tried making them more entertaining. I have no idea where to go from here, I will love some tips, i'm already getting a new pc so I can improve the quality a lot though I will love to get tips on how to improve my channel.
