Need proof of commercial rights

Titus

Guy who makes videos
My newest video needs proof of commercial rights
it is a speed art I made,
I made the image myself and it isn't based on anything,
The Music in it is creative commons, and the owner allows its use in videos,
what do I type in the box that asks for proof, I don't know if they want the music or the image's rights.

There should be a template for attribution on the royalty free music's website
I'd say something like this:
The visual content used in this video is all created by me and I own all rights to it. The audio is created under the creative commons license and I have properly attributed the creator in the video description.
*Insert completed attribution template here*

All songs are released under a Creative Commons Attribution License, please feel free to use them in your projects, games, podcasts, videos, or whatever you like, just be sure to let me know so I can link back to you!

Attribution template example:

Ok, thanks I have sent it in now and hopefully it will be cleared soon.
Thanks for the help.

Post a link to his website. Sometimes that helps because you need to link to the page where the disclaimer is posted, rather than just saying who the music is by.

This is a big issue for youtube partners, they will ask you to provide proof that you own the rights. well what if I play a original song on my guitar and then they ask for proof I own the rights, well all I can do is tell them hey its an original song and I own the rights, it's not like I have proof from a lawyer or something.
