Need help with RPM and FullScreen:Arcade requirements

Hello! Does anyone know what are necessary to be qualified as a RPM or FullScreen:Arcade partner? There are lot of posts about this topic, most say quality content but what should be the approximate subscriber/viewer count needed to get a partnership with those networks? Thanks.

Well I got accepted into RPM a few days ago, and I have over 3,000 views and 196 subscribers in the space of one month.

Fullscreen I would go for around 1000 views a day, can't say on RPM though.

RPM : 84 views a day
Fullscreen Arcade : 750 - 1000

 

[Wreckless Eating]

Fullscreen is roughly 1000 views per day-if you are below that level, they may take you, but they'll take an extra year onto your contract and they may ask for an extra 10% on your split. Creator X would be a better alternative.
