Need Help With Deciding YouTube Partnership

soon I'm going to create a brand new youtube account, I'm going to work very hard for you to partnership but what partnership should I take for the best pay? I heard about CPM but I don't know what it is. what does the numbers mean? like 20/80 for example. I heard that CPM the best thing to look at when looking for a good pay. what is the partnership network with the best pay? And since I'm just starting out should I consider joining the RPM network and then move on to a better one later on? and is there any other networks that I can join starting out, along with good pay? I really need help and it would really help me out of somebody answer my questions, thanks.
 
Well you shouldn't partner until you are making at least 100 views daily. Make sure you do your research to see what the best network is for you. Just because they pay good, doesn't mean it's the best choice for your channel. The 20/80 is the split between you and the network. So for 80/20 means 80% of the pay goes to you, 20% goes to the network. Don't partner with a network just so you can be partnered. If you don't enjoy the network, you are stuck with that network until the contract is over. (Which is usually 1-2 years).

Thank you so much for the information. If I do end up getting 100 views daily what network would you recommend?

Reina it never get's old i need to make a video and tell people when they come here to provide us with a intro if they plan on being here as long as they can because that's a good start and YTtalk is NOT just a promotional tool but so much more:cool:

That'd be extremely helpful! I think we need that, lol. -_- I hate the fact that so many people just love to walk in and walk out only when they've got a question about partnering. Annoying. :/
