Woawoawoawoawoa, it's not that easy to 'just' start an MCN. Right now the only way would be through your partner manager (if you have one) or by first being a VN under for example ForelaDigital or ZoominTV and once you're big enough (say around 20 million monthly views) they might be able to hep you with becoming an MCN. You must understand though that becoming and managing an MCN is very difficult and is not something you arrange in 5 minutes.

@Joost that i know its not easy to create mcn in 5 minutes.but i can see now days so many mcn starting....but i got money and people who can work for these......

You don't simply start one, even when you have enough starting capital to do so, unless you want to go ala 'AwesomenessTV' where you are going to be a d**k to every partner and only partner them to gain money, as most of the channels won't even reach the minimum payout and such. Also, you will need a pretty organized team with people fulfilling support, PR , recruiters, people with uber high knowledge (and most likely degrees with legal issues and what not) regarding copyrights and what not (so not your average educated YouTuber and such).

It's isn't something started like BAM if you want to do it properly.

@Lady Chou-Chou its not just about revenue but i need to create a good brand.....i got many people who got well knowledge and educated ones......dont know where to start

If you don't know where to start, you need to do research on it. Surely maybe someone here is able to tell you how to do it (or not), but it's better to self-educate yourself by going through lots of (professional) sources. How harsh it seems, it is still the truth. I learned it the hard way (not how to start MCN's) and I am quite thankful for that.

@Lady Chou-Chou you are so right we do need to research,i done some research though n i got some idea about it but anyone in here got some experiences it will be good

Rohith, how serious are you about this? It's a LOT of work with a low chance of success, like any new business venture.

Generally MCN's follow one of two paths. Either they start as a large media company stepping into the YouTube space but with a prior established audience, OR they start from the ground up as a sub-network or content aggregator under an existing MCN where you work on a referral basis taking a cut of the action but technically working for the MCN itself on what is essentially commission. Upon reaching sufficient size (Somewhere between 15-25 million views per month across all of the partners they've signed), some MCNs have in the past pushed their sub-networks into becoming a separate entity on YouTube.

@Tarmack first of all thanks for the info,i want to say that i am so serious about this project,i saw now a days so mcn networks are coming and inviting partners, its ok i understand the difficulty in starting a mcn,the thing is i got back of some people who got well knowledge about business and i got decent capital,i am from india and i see no network partners is there in india,so i am thinking about a community for indian youtubers.......
