Need Constructive Criticism on my Channels Banner, Avatar, and Thumbnails

The banner is okay. I am not a fan of the blue on-top of red. I almost didn't notice the joystick, so maybe make that a bright color like white? Or maybe make a white outline? Something to make it stand out.

The avatar matches the banner, so that's always good. It kinda looks like the background on the avatar is different than the banner? They look similar, but different at the same time. I don't know if it is, but if so I would make them the same.

Some of the thumbnails are okay, but the text is very hard to read on most. Majority of them I have no idea what they say.

It's better than some i've seen. But it still needs a bit of work. It's getting there tho!

I would make the text stand out more. Some colors just blend in to much. Also some of the text is very small. I would make the text larger, and make the text like a white or something. Or maybe give them a black outline so they stand out from the background.
