My video went semi-viral, NOW WHAT?

A video of mine recently went semi-viral (200K+) and I'm not sure how to capitalize on this momentum? Ideally, I'd convert them into subscribers or funnel them to other videos to try and spark one of those.

I've done a lot of googling on the topic but hope you can help. Any advice is welcome. Thanks! Here is a link to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/HotBreathPod
 
Here are some things you can do:

- Try to analyse WHY that video in particular got a lot of views - Was it the thumbnail? The title? The subject? Where did the traffic come from? If "YouTube search", find out what the terms were and use that to generate similar ideas.

- Make similar videos to the one that got success.

- Direct people to other videos through cards, end-screens, links in descriptions, pinned comments and use of playlists.
 
Yeah, just make video as closest to the one, as possible. ;) But tiny bit similar.

And for sure, do NOT stop.

Squeeze it till the end. ;)

I know a few people who went viral, and then they made massive mistake, they stopped at that point and took a break.

Great advice! I’ll really try to find WHY this video worked and where the traffic came from. Thanks!
 
I'm pretty sure that you got viral cause of that Iglesias dude from video. ;) U have one more video with 30k views with him.
I heard about that guy somewhere before, I did hear name, but I have no idea who it is ....
I guess cause of him you got attention.

Thanks for check it out buddy. Yeah he's a super popular comedian. I have another clip with a story about Felipe breaking Gabriel's toilet. It's not taking off as much but still doing better than most of my videos.

Most of the traffic is coming from browsing as opposed to suggested. I think the video ended up on first page results but I'm not sure how or what sparked it. I added cards, pinned comments and made a playlist. Thanks for the suggestions.
