Looks good! You went for the retro look and you got it. Not bad at all for a newbie with Photoshop.

I like your techniques and the colour choice, but the composition needs a little attention. Perhaps trying to make the image flow a little better?

Yea i thought about that but i searched alot and this is all i could do.. as i said im still learning PS, but thanks for the tip
