My channel was rejected for YPP and NO reason WHY

Your videos are in a foreign language so it's hard to understand. They maybe seem to be using misleading titles and thumbnails of celebrities? I clicked on one video and it was a strange vlog of someone whose head you couldn't see, drinking a cup of coffee and talking with a weird voice. Was that you? The content of the video didn't seem to match the title or thumbnail. Youtube doesn't like that.

If your videos have misleading metadata (including titles and thumbnails), then Youtube won't approve the content.

Also some of the thumbnails were quite "adult" in nature.

What do you think "adult". I dont have none of p**n or sexual content on my channel

Well they just send me email that my channel does not complies with Youtube Monetization Policies
And then I went to chat and they say that while review my channel they could not determinet if my channel complies with the guadlines
You can check my channel the name is TRACARICA TV
 
I already took my time and checked your channel.
I was polite the first time. Now I will be straightforward.

if I were an advertiser, I would not want to be associated with your content.
Screen grabs for thumbnails and some dudes chopped off head for a video.
If you don't want to be on camera, find appropriate images or b-role.
What is b-role? Search YouTube for the answer.

Half head and its monetized
So chooped face is not the problem
And b role Youtube will considered a reused content
