I like it, it looks good, I would change how it doesnt have any logo on it or personalised branding other than the designer copyright you added, perhaps adding your new PTP logo would work. Personally I wouldnt have the watermark right at the top but off to the left or right but it isnt that important to change where it is.

You could add a mask to the soldier picture layers and then do a black to transparent gradient over the bottom of the soldiers with the mask selected so they blend a little better.
