In US a trolly is a shopping cart, and when they asked you how you address a group of people, I think you misunderstood, I think they were trying to find out if you would say "you guys, you all, gents, y'all" I think that's what they meant. I have a song all about british accents, I should post it. Also, can you fake an american accent? Videos of british people faking american accents seem to be quite popular. You're so lucky, that video is entertaining just because of the way you naturally speak, lucky dog. haha
