Multiple topics/ One channel

Hello everyone. I am new in YouTube and I love 4 different things (cook, art, cultures, travel).
For the past 3 weeks I have been posting on my channel about cultures (Wednesday’s) and art (Sunday) but I was thinking if I should better split the channel to get a better audience. I don’t have many subscribers yet but I would like to have as many as possible. Any advice is welcome.
 
hi, it might be possible to connect these topics together, for example while cooking you can mention the recipe's culture/origin,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you can also do artistic food design
