Multiple Partnerships?

I am currently partnered with Youtube and VISO/BroadbandTV. Today I received an invitation from ZoominTVGames in my youtube inbox saying

"You've got a very nice channel and we love what you are doing with it. Because you are focused on Entertainment videos (just like us) we 'd like to invite you to apply for a partnership with our fast growing Youtube network."

I was wondering if you can be partnered with more than one main network? Could just be spam, I figured if they actually looked at my youtube channel they would have seen that I am with VISO. Anyone know about ZoominTV or if you can partner with multiple networks? I would contact VISO and BroadbandTV but they are like ghosts, horrible support.

Yea seems a bit weird but heh.
You can be partnered with a different network on a different channel as far as I know, but some networks have clauses about secondary channels also having to be partnered with their network.

Part of the Zoomin.TV sub-network agreement actually states you are not permitted to attempt to poach channels from other networks. So either they didn't look, or don't care. Not a good start. lol.

Technically, but usually not legally. Most contracts specify some sort of exclusivity.

Wrong about which? I made two points, the first of which is a fact, the second of which is a common element of the majority of network contracts.
You can't link one channel to multiple networks. I believe YouTube won't let you link the second one with some sort of error.

You can't be partnered with Two Networks the Message you got was a Template automatically replaced by your name and the Sub network of Zoomin.TV's details

Nah, they're talking about making a second channel and partnering the second channel with a different network. Which can be done.

Second channels were never mentioned ;)

They explicitly did say being recruited by a network, with the assumption this invite would be on their first channel.

Basically Zoomin is trying to poach channels,.
