Hello! I'm Lux, and I work for Purple Pwny Studios with my friend Nox. When we're not developing open source 2D games or writing about dropping out of college, copyright or art, we're watching movies at twice the normal playback speed.
We think movies suck, and we don't think they deserve 90+ minutes of our lives. But out of our need to unwind with mindless entertainment, Movies at 2x was born. The concept is simple: we choose a film that neither of has seen, we watch it at twice the normal playback speed, and we record our reactions in real time. Our first installment features the 2012 fantasy sequel, Wrath of the Titans. Enjoy, and subscribe if you like it.
