I'm not sure if I can trust this and would like someone to tell me more about it. Also, what are their requirements like, numbers of subs, views and etc to join with them? I want to know if I should even bother or if it's too soon for me.
 
I've seen someone that has around 150 subs and around 10k views partnered with CreatorX, but that is the least i've ever seen. Once you get around the 200 subs mark you should be able to get partnered with them. That'll only take around 1-2 months, and yes you can trust it. Most partnership applications have to go through the same type of system/layout.
 
It's an app that both Fullscreen and Creator X use for you to submit your application. Saves you having to fill out an online form about your Youtube channel.

1-2 moths ? you crazy iv been on for over 4 months and only have 83 subs

You'll be surprised that pokemon doesn't have a large fan base on youtube, The most poketuber with subs is around 150K , Which is not much compared to other fanbases like minecraft or whatever else :p and sorry for sounding like a douche in my first post ^_^
