Monetizing Question/Please Help

If you can help that would be great.

So my channel is enabled for monetization but I'm no partnered with anybody. I can monetize my videos but I never do. Does having my channel monetized going to prevent me from getting a partnership in the future? Note: I do not monetize my videos, I only put custom thumbnails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
You have to monetize your videos before you get partnered. So no, it doesn't prevent you form becoming partnered :)

So I should start monetizing my videos even without a partner? I do not own the copyrights to the game? Please respond, I don't want to have strike against my channel for monetizing copyrighted material.

Don't monetize the videos and don't attach an AdSense to it as it can make the partnership process longer in the future. ^_^
