Monetizing Harlem Shake?

You are not Bauuer so no you cant. its copyrighted music, even if you do a remix of it you still cant because its just his song mashed up.
 
For me, the content match filter thing for youtube said that my music matched "Indmusic"'s music. It gave me the choice to acknowledge them. I did, I didn't get a strike or anything but I have no way of monetizing it even though I had the chance to before doing that.
 
I didn't monetized it but now i see that my network did :eek:
Is not on Monetize everywhere but on Custom Policy
Maybe they got the license?
