Monetizing app reviews???

Okay, so, I guess the best way to ask this is, are we able to monetize app review videos?? Or is it the same like with video games?

Does it depend on the publisher/creator? Like let's say, whether or not it's an apple app (talking iPhone here), or a "private party" developer?

I wanna make an app review, but I don't wanna be penalized in anyway by YouTube/the publisher of the app.

As long as over 1/2 of the video is like you giving a review, not the game.
also they have the right to flag your video if you say something bad about the app
