Monetization Problem...Anyone else?

As of about 4 or 5 days ago I've been having trouble monetizing my videos. I don't assume people with partnerships really have this problem because they are automatically monetized, correct?

But, my issue is this; If I don't have any details, like title, description, thumbnail, etc., then I can monetize. Once it's monetize if I change ANYTHING then it goes into under review...it's never done this before and becoming a massive pain in my a**e.

So, unless I get lucky, I can't monetize my videos. WTF is going on here...
