Monetization Not an Option for Newest Video- No Reason Given

My most recent video is not showing ads but there is no alert next to it to indicate why- no third party matched content, no age restriction, no duplicate content, nothing. Just NO option to monetize.

It has difficult imagery and content (animal rights) but so do many of my videos and they are monetized. Some with even worse imagery!

I can't find any reason for this as YouTube hasn't flagged it for anything...

I sent feedback in forms available but doubt I'll hear back. Any thoughts?

Oh and I'm not with a network, just linked through AdSense

In Video Manager is there a Icon by the video about monitization? I f there isn't try reuploading thats what I did and it solved it for me ( bothered me but I don't advertise yet).
