Hello guys so here is the problem, i tried to partner with N4gtv, and this is the response i got.
We regret to inform you that your application has not been accepted.
We are unable to partner channels with a disabled adsense or monetization.

So what is the problem excatly, i am from serbia, and this is what it says on my channel:
Monetisation Your account is not eligible.
My account is in good standing i have no strikes nothing copyrighted, first reason it says on the learn more, is country may not be eligible, as far as i know Serbia is elligible for youtube partnerships, but i see a lot of people from Serbia, that are partnered with networks like tgn? What is the problem, please help me?
 
I could be wrong, but I think Serbia is one of the countries that cannot become a YouTube partner through Adsense.
 
You should try networks like Fullscreen and their subnetworks.
I got that notice too from another network but Fullscreen partnered me no problem because they use paypal to pay out and they link your account to their ad-sense.
 
I know i can't become a partner with youtube, i had adsense set up for my website. But how are all these people partnered with networks from serbia?

Apply for another network like Fullscreen, (sorry it seems like im selling them to you but they are the only one I know that uses paypal I'm sure there are a ton others too!)[DOUBLEPOST=1366229296][/DOUBLEPOST]I think Maker uses paypal too, if Im not mistaken.

All networks need a valid Adsense account whether they pay via paypal or not ;)
