Minecraft Let's Play?

I'd like to do a Let's Play, but I don't want to be as boring and just do a vanilla or modded survival. A modded survival would also be pointless for me because I fear my computer may lag. Can anyone suggest what I could do? Maybe a Let's Play with restrictions, but the problem is, what would I call it?
