Maximum background image file size for partners?

Does anyone here know what the limit is for YouTube backgrounds file size for partners? We are doing some new partner backgrounds for pimpmychannel and Fred's background is over 700kb in file size, normal users are only allowed 256kb for theirs, anyone know the upper limit for partners?
