Making The Switch?

Currently I am with SocialBlade and like it but I want to switch to FullScreen. It just sounds like a better network to be with; community is better, etc. I've been with SocialBlade since last August I believe. When can I make the switch over to FullScreen? Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to apply to Fullscreen, but didn't have the qualifications. So I applied to RPM just the other day and got accepted. Well my friend applied for me lol. Fullscreen is a good network though. I see a lot of people switching from Machinima and stuff to it.
