Machinima Pay Cuts

I was wondering does anyone has an opinion to share about last nights drama.

For those who didn`t know, about 15% of Machinima Partners (not Affialates) got their pay cut from anywhere from 10-25% , with further pay-cuts to 80% of partners expected within the next 2 weeks!

Within a few hours of this,famous youtubers such as WingsOfRedemption , Thunder and PyroPuncher announced on Twitter about trying to leave.

Could this be the end of Machinima having all the big gamers? especially those who use YouTube as a day-job?

They were apparently losing money, I`ve heard both WoodysGamerTag and TheSyndicateProject (2 of their biggest partners) are looking into other networks

Can somebody give us an idea of how much these top Machinima partners receive so we can have some perspective of the impact of these cuts.

They used to earn between $2 - $2.50 fixed per 1000 views, which was little anyway for people living of youtube money these cuts were substansial, For channels above 1M subs they only got cut 5% or something
