Hate to be the bearer of bad news but there's almost no point in getting partnered until you are hitting 100+ views per day minimum.

RPM pays with checks. They do not pay with PayPal except out of US partners i believe.

This is correct, glad I live in England I enjoy having my payments on paypal rather than cheque.
