But i had so many ideas for this one, i just couldnt stop xD

Then cut something out

It's a matter of "Kill Your Darlings", meaning that out of all the great ideas you can have for a project, you can only use a select few otherwise you end up hurting the final product! Be harsh, look at it as if you are seeing it for the first time! If that doesn't help, letting other people have a look is the next best thing
