I applied for Konsole Kingz Partnership, and they accepted me, so i signed contract and they send me email to confirm my eSignature, so i confirmed, but now it has been 2 weeks and i havent heard back from them. I wanted to ask - how long does it takes to finalize this process?

It should not take 2 weeks, BentPixels usually partners within 24 hours, I`d email them

I suspect it is because they realised you use copyrighted music. Even if you remix it, you need permission from Demi Lovatos label to use their content for example.
