Keep losing subscribers whenever I upload?

Hey, so I realize, everytime I upload videos after a while (three week gap) I tend to suddenly lose subscribers that day (like today, I went from 437 to 435)....why does it keep dropping like that on the days that I upload and what can I do to counter that and grow again? I've been stagnant at the 430 range for the longest time and would really like to know how to move onward to 500, 1000, and beyond.

If you haven't uploaded in a long time (ex. three weeks as you say) people might forget who you are or why they subscribed in the first place and may no longer have interest.

Another answer may be due to YouTube's random cleanup of dead or spam subscribers.
