Can you guys tell me what you think of my banner and how I might improve it. Seems like there's something missing. And I think the colors might be a little dark too. I don't know. What do you guys think?

It`s ok, the quality looks kind of bad, if you saved it as a .jpg you should save it as a .png instead

I think in terms of composition it's cool...brighter colors is what I would say. And maybe some squigglies here and ther to add more color. Like spray paint tags or whatever.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!!! That's all I had to do?!?! A PNG? lol. I was really was tryin' to figure out why it looked so bad. Thanks everybody. I'm gonna try brighter colors too.

It looks great, I love the cartoon style, it's just really cool! Let's just say, I wouldn't change anything about it
