Just made my YouTube banner.. Thoughts? :)

I was going for a plain, simple look. Took me a little over a half hour. I'm quite proud of it, but I want some actual critique on what I can add, what stands out, what's impressive, what's crap, etc.

I'm also thinking of changing my avatar on YouTube to a theme similar to this (faded primary colors).

Banners arn`t clickable so the icons and playlists are useless

Looks pretty awesome to me.
Mine is pretty lazy, but I've always enjoyed minimalistic art. Yours isn't too busy, but isn't to simple. Balanced is good. ^^

Yes, I noticed the resemblance to SortedFood's banner as well. And ah well.. non clickable's ruined it for me. Next time then, I guess.
