Just got email from TGS Recruiter!

Hello, I have been doing Youtube since Nov of 2012 and today I just got email from TGS recruiter!
I have heard TGS is one of the big network that is very difficult to join. Anyways I am with Machinima currently and will not end my contract until 2015....I know that sucks....

Are there big difference between Machinima and TGS?
 
machinima: Really big, usually screws over its partners in the contract (with massive contract lengths, and low split)
tgs: ??????????

But I do hear good things about tgs, but here is also something to think about... tgs is part of makers studios. And rpm is also part of makers studios...

I'd do some google research if I were you.
 
My impression based on various sources, mainly talking with those who run networks or are familiar with the inner workings of them as well as examining the offers I got from both of these networks.

Machinima - Used to be s**t, working to try to change that

Maker/TGS - Used to be good, actively going to s**t.
 
I was also offered both partnerships at Makerstudios and TGS while i was in RPM (Luckily im out of RPM now). Both networks had horrible responce times, maker didn't even answer me after sending the contract.
So i choose not to take their offers.

I'm not keen on either of these but I'd prefer TGS to Machinima narrowly, it should be noted that with your views per day you should be able to negotiate a good split (at the very least 70% gross, preferably higher).
