It's... odd. It's like cats as the sun except it's green and looks like it's being viewed by someone who smoked pot and... I don't even know.
It looks good though! You might want to go to the YTTalk facebook page, where a post was made regarding the new layout, and how to make a banner for that. You can look into it and maybe prepare a background for the switch over!
