1. how long do they take to make a decision?: It can range from a few hours to around a week I have found. I'm partnered with Fullscreen and it took me three days.
2. do all my videos have to be monetized to get accept, as i have a few like 'I hate gangnam style' which i obviously can't?: No they do not.
3. is fullscreen awesome?: I have been partnered with them for some months now and I have only found it to be a great and incredible experience.
