Just a bit of advice.

I am going to skip any specifics in this post, so just take this advice with a grain of salt.

Years ago I used to work with a talent agency and I saw people left and right get screwed in the acting industry because of one mistake. They didn't understand that they are the talent.
Let me explain...
Any representation, YouTube or not, should understand that you are the one making them money.
You are doing hard work and they are getting a portion of the benefit. You should never have to beg or buy your way into representation.

So...

When looking for a network partnership, there are a couple things to keep in mind.
1. Read your contract.
2. Have a lawyer look it over if you can, but at least get a second opinion.
3. Read your contract.
4. You should never have to pay anything.
5. Research. Research. Research.
6. Read your contract.

At the end of the day having no partnership is better than later realizing that you missed something and now are in legal trouble.
But remember. You are the talent, and they should have to win you over, not the other way around.

Cheers and good luck.

Agreed, people seem to think that networks are what makes you big. But really its all you and the networks are there to make your life easier for a small cost.

You are so right, man! But the fact that networks/agencies/etc can really help you sometimes and become a full time actor/youtuber/etc seems like networks have the upper hand!
