Joining a Network Questions

Hey, Oseto here. Me and my friend, who is my co-host for our channel are thinking about applying for a network. But i'm a little skeptic about it.

I have a summer job, but joining a network for extra money would be nice even though i'm not in for the money, more in for my viewers, subscribers and about entertaining people. But for you who are partnered with a network, TGS, RPM, TGN or whatever. My question is, how does it work, what must i do, how does the contract look like and all that stuff. And since we live in Sweden, and all the channels i'm subscribed to (mostly The Game Station channels) are American.

A little help would be nice and some great answers :D

Networks do NOT grant you any extra money, views or subs.

Edit: Most networks also have a threshold when it comes to paying you. E.g that you need to earn atlest 100$ before they even pay you.

It's not that i want to join now, i was just wondering. Because i know that my subs are crap and views just as low. I just wanted an opinion and some tips :)
oh my fault.

seem to be reading things incorrectly alot more xD

Avoid RPM and ATV. In fact avoid networks full stop until you've figured out what you want to do with your channel and how seriously you intend to take it.
Avoid RPM and ATV.
And above all else, avoid RPM and ATV

Oh okey. What is it about RPM and ATV that's so unappealing?

Bad support, they accept everyone :p payments are crap :p
Pretty much this, dude. It means nothing to be a part of a network who will accept anyone and everyone, just type in AwesomenessTV into the search bar at the top to see just how many negative comments there are. There's not so many topic with RPM as word got out quite quickly when their requirements and support levels changed, but there's still some around here and there.
