I have some suggestions/ constructive criticism.

Try to put effort into your posts.
You say you want people over 15/16 because you are going for "professional" (whatever that means) when your posts don't read out well.
Also if you're trying to say that people under the age of 15/16 don't or can't produce good looking, professional videos then i suggest you not to belittle any age groups.

Treat others with respect and they will return the respect.
