I've been put off joining RPM

Up until recently, RPM was the network I was aiming to join. They accepted small channels and helped them grow, that sort of stuff. Now I definitely don't want to join RPM for this reason alone.
First of all, has anyone seen the latest person to be featured on RPM spotlight? This guy, just makes me say WTF RPM? All of his videos are both like and viewbotted. Videos which get around 13,000 views with 4 likes and 0 comments. His socialblade stats are so inconsistent and he lost over 600,000 views. I want to know for one, how in the hell did he qualify and two, how did he even make the spotlight? Didn't RPM take a look at his channel and think something was wrong with his views, I mean they used his videos in the spotlight which people who work for RPM create. So why is he a partner?
I won't be naming and shaming the person on here but if you want simply visit RPM's channel and it is their latest video. This is the problem with automated digital forms, people like this can just cheat the system. :/ I've been working so hard to try and be eligible to join them but I was never accepted. And then people like that guy, with all his fake views and subs can get into the network and actually be featured on the channel? Wow RPM, just wow. :/
I'm thinking now of either joining Fullscreen or Curse when I am eligible to join.
EDIT: As I have posted this, RPM have left a comment saying they are going to look into the person. Not that hard to find he has fake views. Lol.

Happens to other networks too. It isent RPM fault that u arent accepted.
You just need more views.

I know I need more views, that is beside the point. I'm not blaming RPM for not accepting me, I'm just annoyed at how they are accepting others who cheat the system.

RPM doesn't have a spotlight, but indeed I wish they don't accept viewbotters, BUT every network accepts people with viewbotters. I'm not a viewbotter, but I don't do commentary although, RPM, TGN and some other network (I lost the name) offered me a partnership. So it's all about the views for networks.

RPM do have a spotlight, check their lastest video. That is what I am concerned with here.

Ah I see indeed. I never knew they had a spotlight. But to be accepted I think you already need to be a partner with RPM.

I know you need to be a partner. But what I am on about here is about a guy who is partnered with the network, who like and view bots his videos, manages not only to join RPM network but to then qualify for the spotlight and feature on their channel.
