I've recently got my gaming channel partnered with Fullscreen, I've got the channel banner and the custom thumbnails and now I'm just waiting for the earnings to show up.

I have 2 questions: 1, Have my earnings actually started (Will I get paid t the end of feb/beginning of march?) 2, Will this grid become active when February ends?

You started earning the second you claimed a video. The metrics and things should slowly start to show up. It takes a while for that stuff to show up. YouTube updates very slowly.
